You’ve booked the vendors, made the decisions, and done the work but somewhere along the way you realized: someone has to actually be in charge o the day, and it shouldn’t be you.
That’s where I come in. We’ll connect in the final month to do a full handoff — your vendor contacts, your timeline, you vision. I’ll take it from there so you can show up as a guest at your own wedding.
Best for: more intimate celebrations and couples who are genuinely ready to hand it off.

Lead-Up Coordination
For the couple in the home stretch who wants a second set of eyes, not a planner.
You’ve got the big pieces in place but the closer it gets, the more questions keep appearing. The timeline feels complicated. You’re not sure who’s supposed to confirm what. You just want someone who knows what they’re doing to look things over and tell you you’re on track…or catch what you’ve missed.
We’ll work together over the final few months: logistics calls, vendor check-ins, timeline drafts, and honest answers to every question that comes up. Then I’ll be there on the day to run it all.
Best for: couples with more complex logistics, larger guest counts, or simply those who want ongoing support as the day approaches.
